Every year, the town of Lawrence, Kansas has a fabulous event focused around one book. This year, The Cabinet of Wonders has been chosen for the kids’ event. I’m honored and excited about participating in Kids Read Across Lawrence via Skype in September. More information about Kids Read to come, but for now, look at the pretty pictures collected by event coordinator and librarian extraordinaire Rebecca Dunn. The photo above might be one of my favorites. It reminds me of Joseph Cornell boxes (which are indeed little cabinets of wonders).
